A $75 non-refundable registration deposit is required to reserve a child's space.

The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline identified for the selected program. For registrations completed after the final balance deadline, the full outstanding program fee is due at registration.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to withdraw your child, please submit your cancellation request in writing to info@sociallyconnectedkids.ca.

Seven or more calendar days before the first session: all program fees paid, less the $75 non-refundable registration deposit, are eligible for refund.

Fewer than seven calendar days before the first session: program fees are non-refundable.

After the program begins: refunds and credits are not provided for withdrawals, partial attendance, or individually missed sessions.

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days.

We understand that children may occasionally miss a session because of illness, appointments, vacations, family commitments, or other circumstances.

Because each session forms part of a scheduled small-group program, refunds, credits, and individual make-up sessions cannot be provided for participant absences.

Families will still receive the applicable Session in Review so their child can remain connected to that week's learning.

If Socially Connected Kids cancels an entire program before it begins, families will receive a full refund of all program fees paid, including the registration deposit.

If a session must be cancelled because of severe weather, a facility closure, or another circumstance beyond our control, families will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

Whenever possible, a make-up session will be scheduled. If a make-up session cannot be provided, families will receive a prorated refund or program credit for the cancelled session.
