How to Register
We want families to feel informed and prepared from the moment they register. The registration process helps us learn more about your child and gives you the information you need to feel confident about what to expect before the first session.
Step 1 — Tell Us About Your Child
Complete the registration form and share a little about your child—their strengths, interests, communication style, relevant support needs, and what you hope they'll gain from the program. This information helps us better understand your child and support a positive group experience.
Step 2 — Registration Review and Enrolment Confirmation
Once your registration form has been received, we'll take some time to review the information you've shared to help ensure the program can provide a positive and meaningful group experience for your child. If we have any questions, we'll connect with you before confirming enrolment. Once enrolment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with the Consent and Waiver Package and next steps.
Step 3 — Review the Consent and Waiver Package
You'll have an opportunity to review the Consent and Waiver Package before submitting your registration deposit. When you're ready to continue, complete the required forms and follow the instructions provided to reserve your child's space.
Step 4 — Reserve Your Child's Space
Submit the $75 non-refundable registration deposit to reserve your child's place in the program. The remaining program balance will be invoiced once your child's space is reserved and is due by the payment deadline for your selected session.
Step 5 — Get Ready for the First Day
Before the program begins, you'll receive a Welcome Package with everything you need to know, including arrival and dismissal procedures, what to bring, and other helpful details to prepare for the first session.
Step 6 — Join Us
With registration complete, it's time to begin. Your child will join a welcoming small-group environment where they can explore, participate, connect, and build skills through meaningful experiences.
Submitting a registration form does not reserve a program space. A space is reserved once enrolment has been confirmed, the required forms have been completed, and the $75 registration deposit has been received.
